You can return your handset for a full refund within 14 days from delivery, provided the goods are in resalable condition.
The phone must be “As New” and capable of being resold at full value.
All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned in the condition they were provided.
You must inform us within 14 days of delivery by calling 0333 900 1133 to request a valid Returns Authorization (RA) number.
After receiving your RA number, you have 14 days to return the package to us.
Faulty Devices & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)
If your device develops a technical fault “out of the box”, you have 30 days from delivery to request a repair or replacement.
Call our UK customer support team at 0333 900 1133 to report the fault and arrange an exchange.
If a fault develops after 30 days, your device is covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty (e.g., Apple 12-Month Warranty, Samsung 24-Month Warranty).
How to Return Your Device
Back up your personal data and perform a factory reset to remove all personal accounts (iCloud / Google Account).
Package the device securely with all original accessories in the original box.
Attach your Returns Authorization (RA) slip and post it using a tracked delivery service.
